The Palac Pakoszow Schlosshotel Wernersdorf is a delightful destination for seniors seeking a peaceful and elegant getaway. The hotel's decoration is exquisite, invoking a sense of grandeur and nostalgia that transports you back in time. The design of the general areas, such as the lobby and restaurant, is tastefully done, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for relaxation and conversation. The accessibility for senior people is exceptional, with spacious rooms and well-maintained facilities that cater to the needs of older guests.
The only thing I would suggest for a better vacation experience for senior people is improved assistance from the staff. Although the children working there were friendly and polite, it would have been helpful if they were more proactive in offering support and guidance to older guests.

The hotel facilities are remarkable, including a restaurant with an open fireplace that gives a warm and cozy ambiance. The breakfast has an impressive spread with fresh bread that's hard to beat. Staff is helpful and attentive, always willing to provide information to explore the beautiful surroundings. The hotel is located in front of a palace that adds a touch of historical nostalgia.
Nothing to complain about at all.

Great location near the mountains National Park and easy walking distance to the town center. The room was spacious and had a modern bathroom with luxurious toiletries. The breakfast was tasty and varied.
The restaurant staff didn't speak English well and we had a hard time communicating with them. The menu was not always clear and it was hard to understand what was being offered. The pool was small and crowded, and the gym equipment was old and worn out. the hotel didn't live up to our expectations and we were disappointed with our city break experience.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by the most friendly and hospitable staff that made me feel at home. The luxurious amenities like the Spa & Wellness Centre, indoor swimming pool, and spa lounge were exactly what I needed to relax. The massage was heavenly and the beauty treatment left me feeling rejuvenated. The sun terrace and garden area were perfect for lounging with a good book or enjoying a BBQ. The location provided tranquil views of the beautiful scenery.
The only minor issue I had during my stay was the lack of in-room breakfast options. However, the restaurant more than made up for it by offering a wide selection of delicious meals, with special diet menus available.

What an amazing Easter experience! The decoration was stunning, combining old style with modern elements, providing a unique ambiance. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide array of delicious offerings and freshly baked bread. We loved the location, surrounded by mountains and nature, perfect for hiking and exploring. Plus, the swimming pool was a great plus, a perfect way to relax after a long day of adventure.
We had some communication issues with the staff, as not all of them spoke English. we felt a bit isolated as there were limited dining options available nearby.
